Gulf GeoExchange and Consulting Services, Inc. (GGCS) was founded in September 2008 and is owned and operated by Bruce Hoffman.  The Company collaborates with other professionals including mechanical and energy engineers, construction managers and contractors, installers, and energy tax credit experts. 

GGCS utilizes the Earth's constant temperature to bring comfort to your world.  This is done by installing GEOEXCHANGE SYSTEMS or Geothermal Heat Pump Systems.  These systems use loops embedded underground to capture the constant temperature and transport that temperature inside your cooling/heating system.

GGCS has significant experience in performing building energy assessments and simulation models, and in identifying the most cost-effective creative energy efficient solutions for a variety of commercial, government, institutional, and residential clients.

GGCS is available to assist in developing energy efficient solutions for your home, community, schools and businesses.

GGCS has successfully implemented systems for several lucrative projects including:

• Brad Pitt's Make It Right Foundation - completed the Geothermal Heat Pump (Geoexchange) systems for the initial 6 homes
• The award-winning TV show "Holmes on Homes" featuring Mike Holmes
